The Chelsea squad certainly take their punishments seriously.
Just ask goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga as he suffered the ultimate forfeit during Friday afternoon's training session ahead of this evening's Premier League clash against Burnley at Turf Moor.
Frank Lampard's side have responded brilliantly to losses against Valencia and Liverpool last month to string together six straight wins across all competitions.
They'll be hoping to make it seven wins in a row against the Clarets in the day's late kick-off in the Premier League.
Ahead of the trip to the south coast, the likes of Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori, Jorginho and Tammy Abraham were put through their paces at the club's training base in Cobham.
And there was an unfortunate moment for Kepa.
As spotted in a behind the scenes of Chelsea's training session video uploaded to the club's YouTube page, the Spaniard lost the crossbar challenge among the club's goalkeepers.
His punishment was an hilarious one, although it could have been very painful.
With his back turned, the task from the other Blues keepers was to blast the ball at Kepa and luckily for him nobody hit the target.
Kepa will go in search of a third clean sheet in row against Burnley and Lampard has spoken of the 'blueprint' behind his side's new defensive mean streak.
"The work of the midfield players was excellent," he said. "The work of the wingers, the work of the full backs getting out to players, top, top players, and stopping them from making passes and easy decisions was outstanding.
"I could go through them all. Kurt Zouma, wow, what a performance.
"That is the blueprint. No excuses now to dip from that."
