An eagle-eyed Manchester United supporter has noticed what Tottenham midfielder Gedson Fernandes did before Bruno Fernandes' penalty on Friday night.
The spoils were shared between the two Champions League-chasing sides, with Bruno Fernandes' spot-kick cancelling out Steven Begwijn's first-half effort.
United's penalty was the third that Bruno Fernandes had scored since his move to United in the January transfer window, with his previous efforts coming against Watford and Club Brugge.
In both of those matches, Bruno Fernandes practiced an unorthodox jumping technique before dispatching the penalties but opted for a more traditional run-up against Spurs.
That was after Fernandes' compatriot Gedson Fernandes had attempted to help Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris save the spot-kick by reminding the Frenchman of Bruno's usual strange approach.
Footage from the match which was picked up on by @HindiUtd on Twitter showed Gedson imitating Fernandes' unique style of taking a penalty while he was waiting for the penalty to be taken.
It was perhaps worth a go, but Fernandes was not to be denied as he maintained his 100 per cent record from the spot.
