- Netflix has announced which series is set to leave the streaming service this April, and it includes some fan favourites.
- Unlike in the US, Netflix subscribers in the UK do not receive advance warnings about which titles are scheduled for removal.
- This can lead to popular series, such as all eight seasons of 'Dexter', disappearing from watchlists due to expiring licensing agreements.
- Some of the hit films and series that will disappear include: Central Intelligence, Hot Pursuit, Total Recall, Rush Hour 2 and 3, Scream (1996), Scream 2 and Scream 3, Star Trek Beyond and Star Trek Into Darkness, Zero Dark Thirty, Ex-Machina, Chicken Run and Mean Girls amongst more.
