What Everton boss Marco Silva has said about West Ham ahead of crunch clash at Goodison Park

Everton boss Marco Silva insists he is confident of getting a result against West Ham tomorrow (Saturday), although he has warned his players of the threat posed by the Hammers.

Manuel Pellegrini's men travel to Goodison Park tomorrow to face the Toffees, who currently sit in the bottom three in the Premier League after a poor run of form in recent weeks.

But Silva has spoken of the belief he has in his players ahead of the game against the Hammers , who he has praised as a good side with a quality manager.

“They [West Ham] come from a bad result, but their away form is very good," he said.

"Last season, we had different games against them, and it is up to us to do a good game and perform better than the last three games.

“Of course the most important thing for us is the result, and it is an important moment for us to get three points.

“They have good players going forward and in midfield as well, with [Mark] Noble and [Declan] Rice, and they are always a good team with a strong physical condition.

“But we believe in ourselves and we have to express ourselves on the pitch, and the supporters will be important for us. But we are confident that we will win the game, respecting West Ham."
