The Faerie Lantern is one of the many legendary items in PEAK, helping you deal with multiple ailments during your climb and cross perilous biomes with ease. But getting one can be difficult as they’re not easy to find unless you’re looking at the right places.
PEAK has four biomes with different challenges, weighing you and your fellow scouts down before reaching the top of the mountain. You need to open luggage and other places of loot to find useful items to keep yourself healthy, and work together to reach the very top to escape.
Faerie Lantern in PEAK, explained

The Faerie Lantern in PEAK is used to slowly heal brute, poison, burn, frost, and lethargy from any scout within its small radius. It has a limited use and breaks after you’ve exhausted all the uses, but you can recharge it by not using it for a while. It is a solid way to take care of your fellow scouts and keep them healthy on your climbs.
While the traditional lantern only helps you to see through the dark areas and helps you to cure the frost debuff in the freezing regions, the Faerie Lantern does it all. Simply pick it up and keep it in your inventory to heal your team. I’ve personally had success with the Faerie Lantern in all the harsh biomes, but specifically in Caldera, where you need to walk off the lava to get across, and you can heal your burn immediately to keep yourself safe from dying.
But you will also burn the items in your hands while going over the lava, which breaks them. I learnt this lesson the hard way, but if you carry the Faerie Lantern to passively heal you, it changes to cooked, well-done, and burnt states, which changes its colors. It still heals you upon usage, but once it turns incinerated, it will break, and you won’t be able to use it again until you find another one.
How to get the Faerie Lantern in PEAK

You can obtain the Faerie Lantern in PEAK through the Ancient statues at the top of each biome near campfires, and you can interact with them to break them. After that, you should spot the Faerie Lantern, and you can take it into your inventory. You can also find them in the Ancient Luggage, but the chances of finding them inside it are pretty slim.
