What does Frank Lampard do now?

Former England ace Frank Lampard will forever be remembered for THAT disallowed goal against Germany in the 2010 World Cup.

The controversial moment has gone down in the history books on the international stage, and a story that has been retold and cursed ever since. It is also a moment that people point to when the argument for or against VAR rears its head.

England need not worry about bad luck this time round. They're in the final of Euro 2020 and will take on the Italians in the final on the hallowed turf of Wembley Stadium on Sunday night.

Frank Lampard is currently working as a pundit for the BBC (BBC)

And this time Lampard, widely considered one of the greatest midfielders of his generation, is serving as a pundit, giving his analysis for the BBC as the national side look to get over the final hurdle and 'bring football home'.

The 43-year-old, has been out of work since he was sacked as manager of Chelsea in January, the club for which he made 429 appearances for as a player, scoring 147 times. He had previously served as manager of Derby before getting the call back to Stamford Bridge. He was replace by Thomas Tuchel, who led the Blues to win the Champions League.

Lampard had been hotly tipped to take up the then vacant managerial position at Crystal Palace, but the vacancy was eventually taken up by another former Premier League midfield great, Patrick Viera.
