What does a Duchess eat? - Kate Middleton's everyday meals have been revealed

The Duchess of Cambridge's eating habits have been revealed and we now know what Kate eats for breakfast, lunch and tea. Kate Middleton has long been an inspiration to many through her charity work and role in the Royal Family.

The Duchess married Price William in 2011 and they both have three children together. She is often seen on the go carrying out many different roles whilst also being a mother.

Bristol Live have reported what keeps Kate fuelled all day long. According to Eat This Not That, the Duchess starts her day with an energy boosting breakfast. She has oatmeal with a homemade smoothie filled with goodness.

The Duchess reportedly regularly opts to blend together kale, spinach, romaine, spirulina (a type of algae) and blueberries. At lunchtime, Kate is said to fill her plate with plenty of raw ingredients - with watermelon salad with avocado, onions, cucumbers, and feta cheese said to be one of her go-to meals.

To keep her energy up between meals, Kate will graze on fruit and vegetables throughout the day. She also likes olives as she told a four-year-old at Great Ormond Street Hospital in 2018: "I used to eat lots and lots of olives when I was little, as well."

At tea time, Kate is said to keep the healthy trend going and has been known to make homemade, traditional dishes. The mum has also told how she likes to cook food such as homemade pizza and pasta with her children. And to finish off, Kate is said to have a fondness of sticky toffee pudding.
