What do you think should happen to the Broadmarsh Centre?

It's a worrying time for anyone who cares about how Nottingham looks at the moment.

The long-awaited redevelopment of the Broadmarsh shopping centre is on hold - and no-one knows exactly what will happen next.

Work stopped on March 23 as the country went into coronavirus lockdown and has not restarted, despite Government recommendations for construction workers to get back on site. The neighbouring car park and library project, overseen by Nottingham City Council, has continued throughout lockdown.

Nottingham was hoping for a sparkling new leisure and shopping destination, with a bowling alley, cinema and shops. What we've got at the moment is an ugly building site.

We want to know what you think should happen at the site. Perhaps your preferred option is not possible in the real world, but let us know anyway by filling the short survey below. We'll reveal the results later in the week.

While you're filling in the survey, please take the time to consider signing up for our daily newsletter. It arrives in your inbox before 9am every day and will give you an at-a-glance look at the biggest stories in Nottinghamshire that day. It's easy to unsubscribe if you decide you don't like it.
