What Dani Ceballos did after Alexandre Lacazette scored for Arsenal against Wolves

Arsenal produced arguably their most impressive performance to date under Mikel Arteta against Wolves on Saturday evening.

Bukayo Saka marked his first appearance since signing a new deal with his first-ever Premier League goal in the first-half

The visitors had Alexandre Lacazette to thank for sealing a 2-0 win as he fired low into the bottom corner after a brilliant first touch took the ball away from his marker.

With the hosts pushing for an equaliser, the Frenchman's impact after replacing Eddie Nketiah certainly brought about a mixture of relief and sheer jubilation for those connected to the north London outfit.

But supporters will have probably missed how Dani Ceballos reacted to the goal.

After Lacazette scored the clincher, most of the Arsenal players - including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Joe Willock and Shkodran Mustafi - rushed over to celebrate his first Premier League away goal since February 2019.

And there were even more celebrations on the Gunners bench.

As football.london were fortunate enough to be in attendance for the game at Molineux Stadium, we were close enough to see what Ceballos did after Lacazette's goal.

The midfielder was so delighted by that goal that he got off his seat and ran onto the pitch to scream 'yes'.

Will Ceballos' passion for Arsenal earn him a permanent deal at the Emirates Stadium this summer?

Well, Arteta has confirmed the Gunners have been in talks with Real Madrid regarding the future of the on-loan Spanish midfielder.

"Both clubs have been in communication. I really like Dani," Arteta said. "He wasn't available when I joined because he had a difficult injury. He is understanding what we are trying to do really, really nicely.

"He has a big personality to play, take the ball in any area of the field and give the continuity that we need as a team to control the game.

"As well without the ball, the running he is putting in, the tackles and interceptions, his desire to win the ball back and help the team is improved so much.

"He looks a really good player at the moment."
