The calendar heads into the 10th month of the year. Here are some of the current NFL players who will be having a birthday in October.

Oct. 1: Wayne Gallman, Dustin Hopkins

Wayne Gallman and Dustin Hopkins met Sunday as the Giants played host to Washington. Gallman scored a couple TDs before his 25th birthday. Hopkins made his lone field-goal attempt in the loss.

Oct. 2: Kolton Miller, T.J. Yeldon

Kolton Miller came to the Raiders from UCLA. The big offensive lineman turns 24. On the same day, T.J. Yeldon will celebrate his 26th birthday.

Oct. 3: Rhett Ellison, Andre Dillard

A busy week for New York Giants birthdays as fullback Rhett Ellison from USC turns 31. The Philadelphia Eagles’ lineman Andre Dillard will celebrate his first birthday as a pro, turning 24.

Oct. 4: Kenny Clark, Barkevious Mingo, Jabrill Peppers, Mike Williams

We’ll start with another New York Giant as Jabrill Peppers scored a TD on an interception return Sunday against Washington and will be 24. Mike Williams (pictured) of the Chargers will be 25. Barkevious Mingo of the Texans will be 29 and Kenny Clark of the Packers turns 24. Pretty young for someone in their fourth season.

Oct. 5: Travis Kelce

The great Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce is an NFL player who knows how to have fun and with the Chiefs at 4-0, expect a big birthday celebration for his big 3-0. Kelce had seven catches for 85 yards Sunday in a win over Detroit.

Oct. 6: Bryan Anger, Braxton Berrios

Bryan Anger has done a solid job for Houston in his first year there. He is having his 31st birthday. Braxton Berrios hopes to have something to celebrate next week when the Jets’ rookie will face the Philadelphia Eagles as a 24-year-old.

Browns WR Rashard Higgins had a pair of catches Sunday against the Ravens and will be 25 on his birthday. Tyler Ervin of the Jaguars turns 26.

Oct. 8: Duke Shelley, Jerry Tillery

The Chargers’ Jerry Tillery — out of Notre Dame — is a youngster, having his 23rd birthday this year. Duke Shelley of the Bears’ secondary is also turning 23.

Oct. 9: George Kittle, KeeSean Johnson, Anthony Miller

WWE-loving George Kittle stars for the 49ers and turns 26. His team will play the Browns on MNF days before his birthday. Anthony Miller of the Bears will be 25 and KeeSean Johnson — not related to Keyshawn Johnson — a WR out of Fresno State for the Arizona Cardinals will be 23.

Oct. 10: Cody Latimer, Linval Joseph

Another New York Giant with an October birthday is WR Cody Latimer, who is going to be 26. Linval Joseph is with the Vikings, in his 10th season in the NFL, and he will be celebrating his 31st birthday.

Oct. 11: Terrell Suggs, T.J. Watt

Two great defensive players share this birthday. The Cardinals’ Terrell Suggs is one of the elder statesment and is about to turn 37. The Steelers’ T.J. Watt — brother of J.J. — will be 25.
