What channel is Tottenham vs Southampton? TV information and live stream details

Mauricio Pochettino welcomes his former side Southampton to town as Tottenham look to bounce back from their shock Carabao Cup third round exit to Colchester.

Spurs host the Saints on Saturday in desperate need of a win after Tuesday’s disappointing 4-3 penalty shoot-out defeat to the League Two outfit.

Pochettino made 10 changes in midweek but his side will be near enough back to full strength for Southampton ’s visit to north London.

Skipper Hugo Lloris will return in goal after missing last Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Leicester due to his wife giving birth.

Harry Kane will spearhead Tottenham’s attack after staying at home during the week, while Jan Vertonghen will partner Toby Alderweireld in defence.

Summer recruits Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon continue their road to recovery and will be absent from the matchday squad.

As for the visitors, Southampton will be in buoyant mood as they travel up to the capital.

Ralph Hasenhuttl's side had no such troubles negotiating the third round of the Carabao Cup, comprehensively beating bitter rivals Portsmouth 4-0 at Fratton Park on Tuesday night.

Danny Ings scored a brace against Pompey and will be in contention for a starting berth for the trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Che Adams could be the man to make way for Ings, with the summer signing from Birmingham City yet to get off the mark for his new club.

Nathan Redmond was another to find the net on Tuesday night and he looks set to regain his place in the starting line-up after only featuring as a substitute in midweek.
