What channel is Scotland vs Israel? TV, live stream and kick-off details for the World Cup qualifier

Scotland's dream return to the World Cup stage could take a massive leap forward in tonight's crunch tie with Israel.

The sides are certainly no strangers to each other as a packed Hampden awaits another showdown between the major tournament hopefuls.

After bagging a vital three points over Austria, Steve Clarke's men go into tonight's qualifier in a fantastic position.

And with cautious optimism, the Tartan Army will go into the teatime kick-off with confidence, hoping to come out trumps in the Group F fixture.

Needless to say, the National Team know better than most that overturning Israel will be no easy feat.

But with a close to full-strength squad ready to take the field, we may just be hours away from another memorable night at Hampden.

The only real miss for Scotland tonight will be that of the suspended Grant Hanley, however with Scott McTominay back in the squad, minimal fuss will be made of the defender's omission.

Nathan Patterson could start for Clarke this evening to end the right back debate, as the refreshed Billy Gilmour and Callum McGregor are expected to star in midfield.

Three points tonight and an easier double task of the Faroe Islands and Moldova will place Scotland favourites to claim second in the group and a play-off tie for the World Cup next year.
