In-form Rangers are back in more familiar territory following their pre-season success in France.

But tonight offers a more familiar test as they will face Motherwell in a domestic showdown ahead of the big Premiership restart on August 1.
The Steelmen finished third last term and they too have big ambitions as Europa League qualifiers loom later this summer.
While the result is ultimately not important, the match should give both Gerrard and Stephen Robinson an idea of where their teams are at ahead of the new season.

Unlike the win over Hamilton which was played at Auchenhowie, this one will be at Ibrox - albeit an empty one.
The action gets under way at 8pm on Wednesday, July 22 - although that was after late Covid-19 test results delayed the original 6pm kick-off slot.
