What channel is Man Utd vs Southampton? Kick-off time, TV and live stream information

Manchester United are the form team at the moment, flattening every opponent they come up against at the moment.

Thursday's 3-0 win at Aston Villa made them the first Premier League side to win four consecutive games by at least three goals.

Strikers Mason Greenwood, Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are causing defences all sorts of problems, and their ably supported by a midfield boasting Bruno Fernandes and a rejuvenated Paul Pogba.

And, following defeats for Chelsea and Leicester over the weekend, a win on Monday night will put Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side third in the table.

Southampton go to Old Trafford on Monday night, but they won't be intimidated, having stunned outgoing champions Manchester City earlier in the month when they triumphed 1-0.

They also boast the league's third highest scorer, Danny Ings who has 19 goals so far this season, four of those coming since the restart.

Monday's clash at Old Trafford is the only Premier League game being played.

Kick-off is at 8pm, and sees Solskjaer's in-form Man Utd host a Southampton side that has established itself firmly in mid-table.

The only other match being played on Monday evening is the League 1 Play-off Final between Oxford United and Wycombe Wanderers, which starts at 7.30pm.

The game is also on free-to-air TV, being shown on Pick (Freeview - Channel 11, Freesat - Channel 144, Sky - Channel 159, Virgin Media - Channel 165).

Those who want to watch it on Sky Sports can do so on the Main Event and Premier League channels, or stream it through Sky Go or Now TV.

Coverage begins at 7.30pm.

Those wanting to keep and eye on the League 1 Play-off Final can follow that on Sky Sports Football.

Man Utd 2/7

Southampton 9/1

Southampton were superbly organised defensively in beating Manchester City last weekend and much the better team all round at Goodison Park on Thursday - so 9/1 to win at Old Trafford and 9/2 to earn a draw are far too big.

That doesn't mean United won't rack up their sixth win in a row, but you can almost double your money, 10/11, with thepools.com by backing The Saints with a two goal headstart on the handicap market.
