It started out as a book in 1991 before becoming a hit CBBC series and The Story of Tracy Beaker continues to be a kids' favourite to this day.
Written by Jacqueline Wilson, it followed the highs and lows of rambunctious orphan Tracy Beaker and her friends and enemies in the 'Dumping Ground' children's home.
From the wicked Wellards' plot to destroy all the kids' files and to get the care home closed down to Tracy's bitter feud with arch-rival Justin Littlewood, there was no shortage of drama throughout the show's five series.
But what happened to the cast when the cameras stopped rolling in 2005?
Tracy Beaker - Dani Harmer
In life after Tracy, Dani signed a record deal in 2008 and released a single called Free the following year.
Sadly it crawled into the charts at 117 and the release of the rest of her debut album was pushed back indefinitely before Dani announced she was quitting music in 2012.
The star reprised her role in 2010's Tracy Beaker Returns before taking part in Strictly Come Dancing in 2012, where she came in fourth place.
Now 31, the actress gave birth to daughter Avarie-Belle Betsy Rachel Brough with her partner Simon Brough in 2016 - but was left 'devastated' after having to undergo an emergency caesarean section following three agonising days in labour.
I cried a lot," she told Hello! "My birth plan was literally, 'birthing pool, whale music, no drugs, let's just try and be really hippy about it and do some breathing.'

"But it just turned into the complete opposite."
Dani also revealed that despite being anesthetized, she could still feel what was happening during the surgery.
"Once she'd come out, I started to regain feeling so I could feel literally everything they were doing," she said.
Justine Littlewood - Montanna Thompson

Justine moved into the Dumping Ground after her father struggled to cope following the death of her mother and almost instantly sparked up a rivalry with Tracy.
In real life, the two actresses were both up for the role of Tracy, but producers ruled out Montanna at the last minute because she didn't look enough like the character from the book.
Montanna, 31, has since starred on Channel 4's Dates in 2013 along with The Last Detective, Sugar Rush, Doctors, Casualty, Close Relations and The Trials of Jimmy Rose.
She welcomed a son in 2017 and starred in the movie Kill of Be Killed that same year.
Louise Goven - Chelsie Padley

Tracy's best mate Louise buddied up with Justine after Tracy was briefly fostered, sparking a bitter jealousy between the trio.
Since leaving the show, 28-year-old Chelsie's life is a world away from her days as an actress with the star now a qualified fitness instructor with her own company, Fit Peach.
Her mantra is 'strong is the new skinny' and she's qualified to teach HITT and Zumba, regularly sharing videos, tips and sexy selfies with her 11,000 Instagram followers.
Mike Milligan - Connor Byrne

As care worker Mike, Connor was the longest-standing member of the Tracy beaker cast.
And Connor, 56, found himself hitting the headlines in 2018 after weighing in on the Roxanne Pallett Celebrity Big Brother 'Punchgate' scandal.
When Roxanne falsely accused housemate Ryan Thomas of 'punching' her during a play fight, Connor claimed she also falsely accused him of violence when they starred in panto in 2017.
According to Connor, the incident was a 'carbon copy' of what he claims happened whilst he and Roxanne were starring in Jack and the Beanstalk at the Ipswich Regent.

"Sad to say, from what I've heard, I had a very similar experience with this lady last year," Connor tweeted.
"Just had a colleague who witness (sic) my encounter where I was falsely accused of violence, contact me and share the event," he continued, claiming the actress, "doesn't care about anyone or any consequence, only herself."
"I've watched the footage. Carbon copy of my encounter," he added.
"A horrible moment in my life. But even more, a horrible blow to those who need to be believed. So much good can be undone by such solipsism."
Speaking to Mirror Online, he said: "I've no desire to add to the opprobrium that will drown Roxanne.

"The damage her behaviour does to the victims of real violent abuse is the story here.
"Recounting mine, although hateful, will not help them. Everyone gets found out eventually."
And Dani Harmer, who plays Tracy Beaker, offered her support to Connor.
"Makes me so angry!! You’re the most nicest caring man I know!! At least people are starting to see now!!" she tweeted.
Rio Wellard - Craig Roberts

Along with half-sisters Chantal and Roxy, Rio was one third of the pesky Wellard trio.
And after leaving the Dumping Ground, actor Craig, now 29, went on to become a big name in Hollywood.
His big break came in 2010 with coming-of-age drama Submarine, which also featured a soundtrack by Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner.
He's also starred in Jane Eyre, Bad Neighbours, 22 Jump Street and the music video for The Killers' Here With Me.
Between 2014 and 2017 he played David Myers in Amazon series Red Oaks, and in 2015 made his directorial debut with Just Jim.
