What Bill Belichick told Patriots in locker room after beating Panthers in Week 9

Here’s what Bill Belichick told the New England Patriots in the locker room after beating the Carolina Panthers in Week 9.

“Alright, nice job fellas. Good to get an NFC win. A couple game balls. Play of the game: Jamie (Collins). Where are you J.C. (Jackson)?” Belichick asked, finding the cornerback and giving him a hug. “Nice going. Let’s have our best week of preparation of the year for a team that we don’t know that well. Nice job. Congratulations.”

New England put away Carolina with an impressive defensive performance. They’ll have to do something similar when they host the Cleveland Browns at Gillette Stadium in Week 10.

New England has the opportunity to push their win streak to four games on Sunday when they kick off at 1 p.m.
