What Bill Belichick told Patriots in locker room after beating Eagles

Here’s what Bill Belichick told the New England Patriots in the locker room after they beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 11 at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.

“Congratulations, men,” Belichick said in the locker room, via Patriots.com. “A lot of situational football work this week and that paid off. It was a great job coming through in the fourth quarter, all the way through — 60 minutes. It wasn’t perfect, but it was better than what they had. That is what really mattered.

“You know what I think we’re ready for? I think we’re ready for Victory Monday. … 9-1, got another big one this week. Got another big one this week. Let’s be ready to go on Wednesday.”
