Speaking inside their football stadium, Nagy plans to be brief — he joked that “like 90 percent” of graduates don’t remember their speaker — and include his catch phrase.
“I’m going to be real quick,” he said. “It’s going to be, ‘Be you,’ drop the mic and walk out.”
Delaware announced Nagy’s speaking appearance last month. He’s the first Fightin’ Blue Hens alum to ever coach an NFL team.
Nagy, whose degree was in health and physical education, set more than 20 career passing records while playing at UD from 1997-2000.
