What Arsenal's Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac are doing during the Premier League suspension

Arsenal duo Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac are making the most out of the Premier League being suspended.

Following confirmation that Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta tested positive for coronavirus, it was confirmed that there will be no professional football played in England until the beginning of April at the earliest.

Arsenal were due to face Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium on Saturday afternoon, but that fixture along with the FA Cup quarter-final tie against Sheffield United have been postponed.

What Arsenal stars are doing at home

But what are footballers going to do for the next few weeks?

Well, Ozil and Kolasinac are planning to spend most of their time playing Fortnite.

In fact, the duo are set to link up with Paris Saint-Germain's Julian Draxler - a former teammate of Kolasinac at Schalke and Ozil's German compatriot - for a special live session tonight (Sunday March 15).

And it's for a good cause as explained by the Gunners no.10.

"Don't miss the #StayAtHome Fortnite session live with my brothers @seadk6 and Julian #Draxler on @Twitch," Ozil tweeted.

"We will play for the good cause and donate money for @BigShoe_11 - you can donate as well if you want."

Earlier in the week, Ozil became the first Arsenal player to react to the Premier League coronavirus suspension as he delivered a classy verdict on social media.

"Football does not matter right now," he wrote on Twitter. "The health and wellbeing of everyone is far more important than everything else.

"Guys, take all the precautions you can - be mindful and considerate of everyone, especially those who are at high risk.

"As we go through this global issue, we should not forget to say thank you to all doctors, nurses and scientists etc worldwide, who are helping to keep this virus from spreading.

"They are under high pressure in the upcoming weeks & deserve our respect and gratitude."
