Tuesday evening was definitely a night for Arsenal supporters.
The Gunners secured a one-sided victory over Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup a young side securing a 5-0 victory over the Championship side.
It was also a big night for Rob Holding, Kieran Tierney and Hector Bellerin who all made their comebacks from long-term injury at the Emirates Stadium.
Across north London it wasn't quite as triumphant an evening.
Tottenham had a difficult evening as they took on Colchester United.
Despite dominating possession with 75% in open play, Mauricio Pochettino's side struggled to break down the League Two side over 120 minutes meaning that the tie went to penalties.
Unfortunately for Spurs it didn't quite go to plan as Christian Eriksen and Lucas Moura missed from 12 yards meaning that The U's secured their place in the fourth round.
Of course victory for Colchester United sparked scenes of jubilation at the Jobserve Community Stadium as fans invaded the pitch to make the most of a memorable night in their history.
But while Spurs were licking their wounds, one Arsenal star couldn't help but take some enjoyment from their downfall.
SportBible posted a still image from Sky Sports' coverage of the scenes of celebration following the match, an image which received in excess of 80,000 likes.
One of those was Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The striker wasn't involved in Arsenal's Carabao Cup clash, but was clearly enjoying the downfall of their arch rivals.
The 30-year-old is no stranger to social media and no doubt he'll quietly be hoping that the Tottenham contingent don't look to retaliate when the shoe is on the other foot.
