What are the odds for Conor McGregor to appear at Wrestlemania 35?

Just hours removed from the biggest night in the professional wrestling calender, speculation is building as to whether UFC megastar Conor McGregor will show his face at Wrestlemania.

Wrestlemania, WWE's showpiece pay-per-view, is back for its 35th edition tonight as Dubliner Becky Lynch becomes the first-ever Irish main-eventer of the 'show of shows' in a year that sees a women's match for the first time.

And Lynch will be hoping for a strong Irish crowd at the Met Life stadium in New York this evening as fellow Irish superstars Finn Balor and Sheamus compete in a stacked card.

The former UFC two-weight champion revealed a u-turn on an alleged 'retirement' from MMA this week, but has long been linked with an appearance on WWE.

So much so that the bookies have got on board and are offering intriguing odds around a potential appearance during the Wrestlemania broadcast - it's just evens odds for the Notorious one to appear during the show.

Further odds include a pricing of McGregor to appear and Lynch to win her bout against Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair at just 7/4.

And adding fuel to the fire: McGregor has remained silent on his social media channels over the past 48 hours, meaning fans are kept guessing as to whether the 30-year-old will be in New York tonight.

But even if McGregor isn't, Irish fans will have plenty to chjeer about if Lynch can bring home some gold in the biggest night of her career.

Odds: Paddy Power
