What are the Kingston upon Hull West and Hessle General Election 2019 results in full?

Voters of Kingston upon Hull West and Hessle have taken to the streets, braving the elements at the polls to elect their MP in the 2019 General Election.

And now the waiting is over for Boothferry, Derringham, Myton, Newington, Pickering, and St Andrew's and Hessle.

The seat of Kingston upon Hull West and Hessle has a new Member of Parliament.

Before this year's election, the sitting MP was Labour's Emma Hardy, who has held onto her seat.

The Labour candidate has been re elected with over 13,000 votes.

This result was closely followed by Conservative's Scott Bell.

Polls closed across the UK at 10pm on December 12, and a count has been underway ever since.

The 2019 results are below:

Labour: Emma Hardy - 13,384

Conservative: Scott Bell - 10,528

The Brexit Party: Michelle Dewberry - 5,638

Liberal Democrat: David Nolan - 1,756

Green: Mike Lammiman - 50
