What are the Cleethorpes General Election 2019 results in full?

Voters of Cleethorpes have been at the polls all day to elect their MP in the General Election 2019 - and now the waiting is over.

The constituency, which includes Cleethorpes, Barton-upon-Humber, Immingham, Humberston and Waltham, has a new Member of Parliament.

Before this year's election, the sitting MP was Conservative Martin Vickers who has held his seat.

The MP increased his majority by 11.9 per cent on 2017, taking home 31,969 of the vote.

Labour, on the other hand saw their share fall by more than 12 per cent.

A count has been underway ever since polls closed across the UK at 10pm sharp on December 12.

The 2019 results are below:

  1. CONSERVATIVE: Martin Vickers - 31,969
  2. LABOUR: Ros James - 10,551
  3. LIBERAL DEMOCRAT: Roy Horobin - 2,535
  4. GREEN: Jodi Shanahan - 1,284
