What Andy Robertson screamed at Liverpool players after Mohamed Salah hat-trick vs Man United

It could become one of the defining images of Liverpool's intense rivalry with Manchester United.

Perhaps even the entire Jurgen Klopp era too.

And it came when Mohamed Salah raced through just after half-time to put his side 5-0 up - and seal his hat-trick - at Old Trafford today.

The Liverpool players gathered near the corner flag to mob the goalscorer and praise Jordan Henderson for the excellent assist that led to it.

Ibrahima Konate jumped as if he was trying to meet the ball from a corner as he joined the pile-on on in celebration.

And then the camera panned around to Andy Robertson.

The left-back had a clear message for his team-mates that would have resonated with every single Kopite watching on all over the world.

He shouted: “Keep going, keep going! Be ruthless!”

Shortly after, Cristiano Ronaldo had a goal ruled out by VAR after a close offside call.

But Liverpool had already done some serious damage in the first half.

Naby Keita opened the scoring with five minutes on the clock, before Diogo Jota added a second ahead of Mohamed Salah's early double.

Salah then notched again at the start of the second period.
