What Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold did to Manchester United fans at full-time

Liverpool's players seemed keen to take in the moment at full time at Old Trafford on Sunday, as they celebrated a historic 5-0 win against Manchester United.

A stunning hat-trick from Mohamed Salah plus goals from Naby Keita and Diogo Jota saw them run riot against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's dismal side.

Paul Pogba also saw red for United in the second half, capping off a miserable day for the Manchester outfit.

After the game, the Liverpool players and manager Jurgen Klopp ambled over to the corner where the away fans are housed at Old Trafford to applaud the supporters, before making their way back to the tunnel at the Stretford End.

The United fans left in the stadium aimed some ire at the Liverpool players, although it didn't seem to bother Trent Alexander-Arnold or Andrew Robertson.

Alexander-Arnold gave a sarcastic wave to the end where United's most vociferous fans are typically housed and Robertson was spotted blowing a kiss in the face of the stick he was receiving.

Unsurprisingly, those of a Liverpool allegiance were keen to rub it in against their bitter rivals. Klopp geed up the away fans too, as he delighted the Liverpudlians with his trademark fist pumps that are typically reserved for Anfield.

The win puts Liverpool to within a point of Premier League leaders Chelsea, while United are a massive eight points off the top after a favourable start to the season and just nine games played.
