'What a weekend!' - Some Chelsea fans react as Maurizio Sarri and Antonio Conte go head-to-head

It was the battle of two former Chelsea managers as Inter Milan faced Juventus in Serie A this evening (Sunday).

Antonio Conte's Inter Milan hosted Maurizio Sarri's Juventus at the San Siro, with Inter top of the table ahead of Juve ahead of the game.

But the tables were turned as Juventus won 2-1 to move above Inter Milan, with Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain on target for Sarri's men.

Dybala, who was linked with a move to England in the summer amid interest from Manchester United and Tottenham, opened the scoring after just four minutes, before Inter Milan equalised after 18 minutes thanks to a Lautaro Martinez penalty.

The game looked to be heading towards a draw as chances went begging for both sides, but former Chelsea striker Higuain settled the contest with a strike ten minutes from time.

There was always going to be plenty of interest in the game from a Chelsea perspective, with their two most recent managers before Frank Lampard going up against each other.

Two former Chelsea strikers were also in action on opposing sides, with Romelu Lukaku starting up top for Inter, while Higuain came off the bench for Sarri's Juventus.

And he had the final say in the game, striking powerfully past Samir Handanovic with ten minutes remaining to send Sarri's men one point clear of Inter at the top of the table.

Unsurprisingly, the game attracted plenty of interest from Chelsea fans, and they had plenty to say following the game.

Here's what some Chelsea fans had to say on the contest between two managers who enjoyed success in west London, with Conte winning the Premier League and FA Cup during his time in charge, while the Blues won the Europa League during Sarri's only season in charge.
