If you're looking for your dream home in Merseyside, you'll want to know exactly what you can get for your money.
Over the last year, the majority of property sales in Merseyside were semi-detached properties with an overall average price of £205,020, according to Rightmove.
Terraced houses sold for £134,398 on average while detached properties fetched £356,876.

Altogether properties had an average sold price of £203,673 in the last year, which is 15% higher than the previous year.
It’s also a staggering 22% up on the last property price peak of 2018, which saw prices hit an average of £167,290.
The prices aren’t too dissimilar to neighbouring regions including Lancashire £191,583 and Greater Manchester £286,559.
With those averages in mind, we have analysed how far you can stretch £200,000 across Merseyside.
Here's what we found in Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral.
Liverpool
In Liverpool city centre prices vary, but currently £200,000 can get you a two bedroom apartment.
The apartment, in Silkhouse Court, on Tithebarn Street, has two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
It boasts 'stunning city views' and being in the business district its just a stones throw away from Liverpool ONE and the Albert Dock.
On the 14th floor, the living areas of the property are primarily open plan and feature an integrated modern kitchen.
The property also comes with a parking space included in the sale price.

Sefton
In parts of Sefton, £200,000 can get you a three-bedroom bungalow, with a large back garden and detached garage.
This bungalow, on Liverpool Road, Lydiate is listed on Rightmove with a guide price of £199,950.
Images show it boasts a large front garden, with a driveway for off-road parking and a large back garden, also with a shed and green house.
The Ian Antony listing reads: " Briefly comprising of three bedrooms, large living room / dining room, family bathroom and kitchen.

Knowsley
In Knowsley, £200,000 can get you the 'ideal family home' according to LPS real estate.
The estate agency has listed a three bedroom detached house, on Yoxall Drive, Kirkby, for £199,950.
In a quiet, residential estate, the property benefits from three bathrooms include an en-suite in the main bedroom.
It also boasts a large back garden that has access through patio doors in the kitchen.
The bedrooms have new fitted storage and the bathrooms have also recently been modernised.
The LPS listing reads: "This fantastic house is set in a much-sought after part of Kirkby.

St Helens
