The album includes 22 tracks, recorded across Seoul, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Fans can expect live versions of fan favourites such as Butter, Dynamite, Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey), Life Goes On, and ON. This release is significant as it marks the first major group project since BTS began their military enlistments.

In addition to the audio release, BTS is launching a digital video pack titled Permission to Dance On Stage – Seoul (Digital Code Edition).
