The fight was captured on video after it broke out on Walton Road, at around 3pm on Saturday, January 21. The footage shows a group of men throwing punches at each other.

Empty beer bottles, cans and plastic cups litter the pavement outside the pub where the fight broke out. Merseyside Police confirmed officers were called to the Thomas Frost pub but that no injuries were reported.

Three men aged 22, 33 and 55, were arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Officers have since confirmed that two of the men, 22 and 55, have been released with no further action and the 33-year-old received a Community Resolution.
