'Wet floor' cone used to beat security guard during shocking late-night McDonalds brawl

A shocking video has emerged of a violent brawl inside a McDonalds in the early hours of Easter Sunday.

One man, wearing a white polo shirt, can be heard shouting "let's go, let's go" after the store's security guard washit with a 'wet floor' cone in the middle of the restaurant.

A shocked eyewitness caught the altercation at 4am on Easter Sunday when the group clashed on Commercial Road McDonald's in Strood, Kent.

Three men and a security guard clashed, with the guard aiming a kick at the trio - before one man was seen picking up a yellow cone and throwing it at him.

While it is not known what the violent altercation was about, the security guard is reported to be okay.

The footage appears to show a disagreement before one of the men picks up a chair and approaches him.

He fends the plastic chair wielding man off before all three men descend on him, raining a flurry of blows down upon the guard.

Arms, legs and the yellow hazard cones then can be seen piling on top of the security guard for a good few seconds before onlookers rush over to try and break up the fast food feud.

Despite the best attempt of some to stop the violent clash, the brawling group sprawl over to the other side of the McDonalds before appearing to be defused.

The altercation was all caught on camera, which was later shared on social media by eyewitness Liam Lovett.

The video has since gone viral and has been watched more than 180,000 times in under 24 hours.

Lovett  said that "the security guard was okay" when he spoke to him after it all calmed down and added that the police attended the scene afterwards.

Kent Police have been approached for comment.
