Westmeath take on Offaly this weekend in the second semi-final of the Tailteann Cup.

Westmeath are at the semi-final stage following wins in the previous rounds over Laois and Carlow, the latter a fine xample of thier scoring ability as they racked up 1-21 to Carlow's 2-13.

Offaly, meanwhile, downed Wicklow as they emerged with an eight point win before a trip to New York yielded a comprehensive win; 3-17 to 0-11 in favour of the Faithful.

This game will follow the first semi-final between Sligo and Cavan.
