A two-vehicle crash is causing long tailbacks across the city this afternoon.
Motorists are advised to expect delays on the Westlink close to the junction with York Road heading towards the M1.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Two lanes are currently closed & motorists should seek alternative main routes for their journey."
Trafficwatch NI said: "[This has caused] long delays on M3 Lagan Bridge and leaving the M2."
