Westlife star Nicky Byrne got a hilarious 'selfie' with Ronaldo at the Ireland vs Portugal match last night.
Football fan Nicky took to Instagram to share the picture he took of his pint of Guinness with a tiny Cristiano Ronaldo in the background.
He captioned it: "Got a quick selfie with @cristiano this eve! #coybig @faireland @avivastadium @johnnycourto."
The Aviva hosted the match in front of a full capacity stadium last night as the Republic of Ireland clashed with Portugal.
Over 51,000 fans packed into the ground for the game and Ronaldo certainly wasn't given the most Irish of welcomes.
The Manchester United attacker was booed every time he touched the ball and it was very clear to hear for viewers watching on TV.
Portugal dominated the early exchanges with Gavin Bazunu having to save from Andre Silva and Coleman blocked Ronaldo’s goal-bound shot, but Ireland held firm as the first half reached its mid-point.
The home side forced a series of corners as the half wore on, but were unable to make the most of them as the game reached the break scoreless and with neither keeper having been troubled unduly.
