Westlife Dublin 2019: Support acts announced for Croke Park shows as tickets still on sale

Westlife have announced their support acts for their bumper Croke Park shows this summer.

The Irish boyband will be supported by X Factor winner James Arthur and Wild Youth.

The acts will warm up the crowd before Shane, Nicky, Mark and Kian take to the stage on Friday July 5 and Saturday July 6.

The band also announced that extra tickets for both shows will go on sale this Friday, May 10.

They'll kick off their The Twenty Tour with five shows in Belfast in May before touring the UK.

Westlife Twenty tour: Band announces second Croke Park concert as first date sells out in minutes

Tickets for the first Croke Park night were all snapped up within minutes of going on sale last October. But Westlife quickly added a second night due to demand.

The four-piece will travel to Asia after the Dublin shows, with concerts lined up in Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines.

Westlife recently announced that their new album ‘Spectrum’ will be released in September.

As of Tuesday morning, tickets for the Friday gig can be purchased for as little as €76, and Saturday tickets are on sale for as cheap as €66. There are also VIP and Platinum passes available.
