Saltcoats Victoria have become the seventh Ayrshire side to pull out of this year's West of Scotland League.
The Seasiders confirmed this morning they are walking away ahead of a 8pm deadline for clubs to withdraw.
They join Auchinleck Talbot, Kilbirnie, Cumnock, Glenafton, Whitletts, Ardrossan Winton Rovers among the list of Ayrshire teams who will sit on the sidelines this season.
In a statement published on their Facebook page, the club said the health and safety of players, officials fans and visiting teams, changing room restrictions and a ban on supporters informed their decision.
But they have vowed to return to compete in West of Scotland Conferences in 2021/22.
