Irvine Meadow boss Colin Spence reckons West of Scotland League chiefs could help cash-starved clubs by publishing a fixture list as soon as possible.
A season start date of July 17 has already been rubber stamped but Spence reckons the sooner fixtures are released the quicker clubs can start selling season tickets and recoup lost income.
He said: “Clubs have now gone more than a year without money through the gates and with one eye already on next season, fans will want to know what is going to be on offer.
“If we can get fixtures released early it could help clubs shift season books and bring in some much needed money.
“I understand the league want to be cautious regarding Covid but hopefully we are in a better position this year than last in terms of being able to get fans through the door.”
