West Lothian Sense Scotland charity shop celebrates 20th anniversary

Sense Scotland’s local charity shop in West Lothian this week celebrated its 20th year in business.

The charity, which supports disabled children and adults across Scotland offered visitors to the shop a slice of cake and refreshments

Their manager, Gordon Frew, has been there since the beginning after starting as an eighteen year old volunteer in the early days.

He said: “I guess one of the things I love about this job is that every day is different. It’s been lovely to welcome customers today – some have been in with cards and presents which is so thoughtful."
