West Lothian’s two Parkrun events are set to return on Saturday after a near 18-month absence due to the Covid pandemic.
The Livingston and Polkemmet Country parkruns were halted in March 2020 at the start of the first lockdown but both have been given the go-ahead to return this weekend.
The 5km event, which gets underway at 9.30am, is open to everyone regardless of age and ability and is organised entirely by volunteers.
Restrictions and guidelines are in place at both events.
