West Lothian police issue urgent appeal for 41-year-old last heard from days ago

Police in West Lothian have issued an urgent appeal to locate a missing man last seen nearly two weeks ago.

Officers have released an image of 41-year-old Jonathan Buik, who has been reported as missing from his home in Newton St Boswells.

According to the appeal, Jonathan was last seen on Monday, August 8, however he was last in contact with someone one week later on Monday, August 15.

With no word from him since, police have asked anyone with information on his whereabouts to get in touch on 101 as soon as possible.

He is described as white, around 5ft 10ins in height and of large build with brown hair. He is believed to be driving a white Vauxhall Astra with the registration number NL16 GFK

Officers are keen to trace him as soon as possible to ensure that he is safe and well. Anyone with information on Jonathan’s whereabouts is asked to contact 101 quoting incident number 1969 of 17 August.
