West Lothian passengers see change to taxi and metered private hire fares

A new maximum fare table for taxis and metered private hire cars in West Lothian has come into effect.

Following a statutory review of the Council’s fare table for taxis and metered private hire cars, the council approved changes to the current fare table on 4 October 2022.

The revised fare table takes effect from 22 November 2022 until 21 May 2024.

Details of the revised fare table can be viewed online at www.westlothian.gov.uk/taxi-private-hire-cars-fares.
