The owners of a much-loved beagle have a shared a desperate appeal after he went missing in the Livingston area.
Bailey disappeared on Thursday (5 March) at around 3:30pm near the Oakbank Industrial Estate after is said to have "bolted".
He is described as tricoloured and has been microchipped.
The pup has been spotted near the busy A71 road and Lizzie Brice's Roundabout, there are also reports of hearing a dog barking in the Murieston area.
In an appeal, the family said: "If anyone is available to help, there's some people out looking today at the Oakbank and Murieston areas. Please also keep an eye on the A71.
"We really appreciate any help you could give at all."
Laura Lundy, the owner's sister, told Edinburgh Live that Bailey is currently very frightened and will not come to his name. The family say he has been "spooked" and are urging people not to shout on him but phone them immediately.

The news has sparked a local social media campaign to get Bailey home, with concerned locals keeping an eye out for him.
One person said: "We are camped up at the very end of the Oakbank Industrial Estate, last sighting seen at 2am via the red Ash Murieston Trail.
"Bailey was very vocal but wouldn't let anyone near him. No sign or noise from him since half 2am."
