A West Lothian mum has been left fuming after a local kids park was left defaced with faeces for a second time.
Gillian Torrance-Hay was horrified when taking her 23 month old daughter to the park to find dog poo smeared across the colourful kids climbing structures and strewn across the children's play area.
This is the second time Victoria’s Park in Bo’ness has been targeted by the grotesque mess.
The awful images show the park covered in excrement that has been smeared across the climbing frames and across the play park.
The disgusted mum said to Edinburgh Live:
“So I took my daughter up there this morning at half 11, she is only 23 months she was running a little in front and started to climb the little stairs.
"It was only once I had caught up to her and started to help her up the stairs I noticed a black poo bag sitting on the little bridge.
"Knowing what was done not so long ago I lifted her off and walk round to see that it, once again, had been used as target practice and smeared down the slide.
“It appeared to only have been in the toddler area in the park,however, knowing that someone has purposely collected poo bags to throw, we left as there could have been excrement or bacteria all over the place.
“You can just imagine the reaction I got for a toddler who is at the park and not allowed to play.
“As we were coming away we informed another lady heading into the park with a child of similar ages and again there was another disappointed kid.
“I haven't a clue what type of delinquent would purposely seek out poo bags and collect them to throw at a children's play area.
“Since posting this on Facebook I know now the Academy was targeted in a similar way, perhaps I was the same person or group? Whoever it is, is sick and twisted.”
The mum took to social media and wrote: “There is seriously something wrong with some people in this town.
“I took my daughter to Victoria park this morning and it's again covered in dog s***
“This is the second time this little park has been targeted. Dirty little rat b*******”
And now others social media users and fellow parents have told of their disgust.
One said: “This is absolutely disgusting.”
Another exclaimed: “Omg clarty pigs!
“Says it all about them when they’re prepared to even go near s*** let alone spread it about like that.”
And a third wrote: “Vermin. Makes you wonder what their homes are like.”
