West Lothian café declares 'Lewis CapalDay' in singer's hometown

A café in West Lothian singer Lewis Capaldi's hometown is celebrating his success by declaring "Lewis CapalDay".

Andy's Coffee House in Whitburn is marking the Someone You Loved singer's success on Saturday, May 18.

The star has recognised the eatery's celebration, posting "this is class" on an Instagram story.

A selection of Capaldi-themed dished will be on the menu.

The café said: "In honour of Whitburn's very own pop sensation, we're making Saturday 18th May 'Lewis CapalDay' at Andy's.

"For one day only, we'll be serving the CapAllDay Breakfast - 6 items of your choice plus added McCain Smiles (sorry Lewis) for just £5.

"And why not treat yourself to a Capalccino to go with it?"

It comes as Lewis releases a new track from his latest album at midnight tonight.
