West Lothian BMW ASBO driver has car seized after being pulled over by police

A West Lothian driver saw their vehicle seized at the weekend following a run in with police.

Road officers in Livingston had quickly pulled over the individual while out on patrol, after noticing the car being driven in an "antisocial manner."

Hauling the black BMW into the side of the road, officers stated that they had found that the driver had been previously issued with an ASBO, also known as an antisocial behaviour order, for the same reason.

Due to the vehicle being pulled over for the second time, officers then proceeded to seize the car, with the driver quickly left without a ride.
