West Lothian-based Swim-IT hosted their first ever gala as the club celebrated their fifth birthday.
And their members shone as they fielded their largest team yet with 31 swimmers competing on the day against a number of other clubs.
Swim-IT members combined to compete in 137 events over the meeting with 86 personal bests achieved and 40 top-10 finishes as well as five gold medals.
The relay teams did particularly well with the four teams grabbing two wins, a fourth place and sixth place.
Some of the club’s swimmers also achieved East District qualifying times for the first time.
Head coach Fiona Donald said the club’s ability to host their own gala was a result of hard work from everyone involved.
She said: “On behalf of myself and the committee we would like to say thank you to all clubs who came and supported our event and the amazing feedback we’ve been given.
“There was lots of fantastic racing and fun had by all.
“We would also like to extend our biggest thank you to our own club parents and swimmers with a special shout out to gala convener Sammy McKee.
“The support and help within the club has been amazing and we could not have achieved our goal without any of you. Here’s to next year.”
