West Ham XI vs Burnley: Starting lineup, confirmed team news and latest injuries for Premier League

West Ham manager David Moyes has urged his side to develop greater consistency over the busy festive period as they take on Burnley this afternoon.

The Hammers picked up a terrific victory over Chelsea last weekend, but that result came of the back of a draw with Brighton and defeats to Manchester City and Wolves.

West Ham remain fourth and are a real contender for a Champions League place as we approach Christmas.

If they are to stay in the hunt, however, Moyes knows they will need to maintain the standards shown in victories over the big six in each and every game.

"The players’ attitude was unbelievable throughout last season and this," said Moyes.

"Team spirit and everything that comes with needing to be successful comes with winning.

"We need to keep it going and be on it all the time. We’re a newish team trying to keep that consistency level up but I have to say the players are doping a great job."
