New West Ham manager David Moyes has admitted he will not be able to “have a massive influence” before his first game back in charge of the Hammers.
Moyes will have had just one full training session before the Bournemouth game but captain Mark Noble has been helping him with information on the squad.
“It is about trying to pick up as much as I can from the people around me,” said Moyes. “Mark Noble has been incredibly helpful and the staff have filled me in with one or two details.
"We will do everything we can to get the best result against Bournemouth.”
Moyes preferred a 3-5-2 formation during his last spell at West Ham and has players to suit that system again. But West Ham have played a back four all season under Pellegrini and it remains to be seen if Moyes will switch to three at the back straight away.
Noble is likely to start after he sat out the Leicester defeat, while Michail Antonio is also likely to return after starting that game on the bench. Aaron Cresswell is back from suspension.
