The West Ham forward, who has been working his way back from a hamstring problem picked up before the international break, has been back in training - but now faces competition from Sebastien Haller.
The club-record signing scored just his second Premier League goal of the season at Bramall Lane on Sunday as West Ham made it back-to-back wins - but Antonio starts ahead of Haller.
Against a transformed Aston Villa on Monday night, with the Hammers seeking a third win and clean sheet on the bounce, Moyes has opted to keep things straightforward.
