Tottenham begin life without Mauricio Pochettino as Jose Mourinho leads Spurs into today's London derby at West Ham.
Following a a poor start to the season which saw Spurs enter the international break in 14th place in the Premier League table, Pochettino was sensationally sacked by Daniel Levy on Tuesday evening - quickly replaced by Mourinho on Wednesday morning.
But Pochettino was not the only manager who needed a win from this game, with Manuel Pellegrini's future is in doubt heading after a run of seven games without a win has seen the Hammers slip to 16th in the table.
As Tottenham look to the future without their former Argentine coach, Pellegrini could well suffer the same fate should Spurs leave London Stadium with three points.
Premier League preview
West Ham vs Tottenham
Venue: London Stadium
Kick-off time: 12:30pm GMT, Saturday November 23
Prediction
West Ham 1-2 Tottenham
Spurs have more talent on paper and in theory are favourites, but this one could genuinely go either way depending on which side turns up - though a few Spurs players will want to prove themselves to Mourinho early doors.

Team news (after the international break)
West Ham
Manuel Lanzini is out for the foreseeable future after fracturing his collarbone against Burnley in what has become an injury-hit season for the Argentine playmaker.
Mark Noble suffered an ankle injury in the same game, but the Hammers will hope their captain is back for the return of Premier League football.
Elsewhere, Lucasz Fabianki is expected back in late December, meaning Roberto should continue in goal despite a series of blunders - though David Martin could also be given a chance.
There is better news with Jack Wilshere and Michail Antonio likely to be available, while Winston Reid is on the comeback trail from a long layoff.
Tottenham
Jose Mourinho will name his first Tottenham line-up, and he has given little away beyond claiming he does not plan to make wholesale changes.
Paulo Gazzaniga is virtually certain to start in goal given Michel Vorm suffered a calf strain in training on Monday and will join Hugo Lloris (elbow) on the sidelines until next month.
Mourinho has generally tended to prefer a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 system. The former arguably suits the players at his disposal better and given he attempted to sign Eric Dier, the 25-year-old could be in line for a recall, especially with Tanguy Ndombele a doubt due to a hamstring problem.

Erik Lamela is unavailable because of a hamstring strain while Jan Vertonghen faces a late fitness test on a similar injury – giving another player Mourinho was previously interested in, Toby Alderweireld, a better chance of inclusion.
It remains to be seen, however, whether Mourinho will take a stand against the club’s contract rebels: Vertonghen, Alderweireld and Christian Eriksen are all in the final year of their contracts.
The pragmatist in Mourinho may give one or more a chance to prove themselves while Harry Kane spearheads the attack.
Predicted lineups
West Ham XI (4-1-4-1): Roberto; Fredericks, Balbuena, Diop, Cresswell; Rice; Snodgrass, Noble, Anderson, Fornals; Haller
Possible Tottenham XI (4-2-3-1): Gazzaniga, Aurier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Rose; Dier, Winks; Son, Alli, Eriksen; Kane.
