West Ham star Manuel Lanzini returns to the starting XI for Saturday's Premier League meeting with Southampton at London Stadium.
Lanzini has sat out the last two matches with a groin injury and Nasri, who has missed five games with a niggling calf problem, is again absent.
Fellow midfielder Carlos Sanchez is on the bench after recovering from a long-term knee injury leaving only Andriy Yarmolenko and Andy Carroll on the casualty list.
Declan Rice and Felipe ANderson miss out through illness, while Robert Snodgrass serves a one-match ban following an FA charge.
